Marco started his Chamois career on the assembly line,
and has never looked back. His previous jobs include saw
operating, drilling, stores work, then spells as factory foreman
and general manager. He now leads the team responsible for
production programming and quality management.

Marco has been married to Rebecca for seven years and has
two children under five. As well as his strong commitment to family
life, Marco is a Wolverhampton Wanderers season ticket holder -
having tried out with the club as a schoolboy many years ago.
