Andy and his wife Hilary founded the company in March 1981.
Originally established as a home-based business, Andy has led
the significant growth of Chamois to a UK-wide operation with more
than 130 employees. He is strongly committed to his team, believing
that "people are what makes the business work."

Andy is a devoted family man. He and Hilary have a much-adored
baby grand-daughter. In his spare time, Andy is also fanatical about
marine conservation, and actively supports a turtle protection and
conservation project.
